Assigning Emails to Case Notes in Qunote

Qunote’s built-in email module makes the process of saving emails and attachments to a client’s file simple and efficient.

Users can send emails into the system, using their own unique Qunote email address. Once the email is in the system, they simply have to select the client the email relates to and the time they wish to assign to the email (a default time can be set if required). The email will be saved as a case note on the client’s file and selected attachments will be transferred automatically to the client’s documents.
