Shared Online Calendar

All users of the Qunote system can contribute to a shared calendar, so you can quickly see all events that staff have added. This is conveniently displayed on the right hand side of all pages, so it can be easily checked and amended.

With the user calendar you can check your colleagues' whereabouts, using the 'Who's in' feature. All staff are displayed by category, showing who is online and offline. Clicking on an online contact reveals whether they are on call or on duty, and staff are also able to show a brief note about their current activity.
