Reports

By its nature, the Qunote system stores a wide variety of data on your organisation's day-to-day performance. The reports area allows you to produce real-time reports on most aspects of your business, from client data, billings, staff performance and time usage.

We're always looking for ways to upgrade the reports area, and if you would like to run a report on a specific set of criteria, we will often be able to create a bespoke report for you.

The Activity Report

The activity report will help you keep better track on how your case managers are spending their time on various activities. The data is saved in the system and can be output for any period. The report provides you with a stacked bar chart to allow you to quickly see where staff members are spending their time, as well as a table of the data underneath. You can also compare the figures from the time logged in filenotes with case managers' timesheet entries, to quickly spot any under or over billed time.
